Coastal Fringes is different and special. There are original architectural features from the Victorian period and all the furnishings and fittings have been carefully chosen to show the house to its best advantage.
There are also attractive pictures and plates to catch the eye.
Plants are one of David’s hobbies and guests enjoy looking round the garden and perhaps discussing the number of houses and gardens to visit in the area.

Each day starts with a real breakfast, a full spread designed to see you through the busy and exciting day ahead.
Fruit juice, grapefruit segments or prunes or yoghurt Cereals – there are 20 varieties to choose from Bacon, egg, sausage tomato and mushrooms or Kippers with lemon wedge or Cumberland sausage with fried egg or Baked beans, scrambled eggs or poached eggs on toast.
Croissants
and Fruit White or wholemeal toast with marmalade or jams Tea, coffee
or chocolate.
For those who choose to dine at Coastal Fringes, a four course dinner may be booked in advance. Everything is bought fresh daily from the local butcher and greengrocer and is cooked by traditional methods. The homemade desserts are particularly appreciated. Vegetarians and vegans are catered for.
Regular
guests have welcomed the decision not to have a bar. Guests own wine is
served at no extra charge. Soft drinks, mixers and ice are readily available.
For a change of atmosphere, there is a good local pub, a minute’s
walk away, leaving the car in our car park!
David and Marianna are also happy to suggest some of the many and varied
places to eat out.

There are two rooms. They are spacious, fully en-suite and have been individually designed with carefully chosen furnishings and pictures. Each has television, clock radio, hair dryer and tea and coffee making facilities.

This
is a lovely light and spacious dual-aspect room. It is presented
in a contemporary style with a classical twist. There is a good-sized
sitting area with comfy chairs and a TV with DVD. small suite with
bedroom, sitting room and a large bathroom with a bath and large
walk-in shower.
A
delightful room, painted in relaxing colours with Art Nouveau style
furniture. This room is themed on 1930s film star Ann Harding.
An en-suite shower is included with toilet and basin.
